When we were living in our RV full-time, we often saw other campers with Solo fire pits. They are beautiful, clean burning fire pits that produce very little smoke. Once fully burning, the fire is smokeless.
I noticed a big sale on Amazon for the Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0. Bruce and I decided to purchase one.
On December 7, our Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0 arrived. We were stoked. I was excited enough I didn’t take pictures of Bruce unboxing it.
Bruce put it out on the patio to keep company with the lonely grill. Since it was supposed to rain, I put the cover over it. Nox was very curious and investigated it.

I also purchased a 40” set of fire log tongs/firewood grabber and a fire poker. They also arrived on December 7th. They were also on sale.

We did get rain the night of the 7th and some on the 8th.
We were able to try out our new fire pit on December 9 (Monday).

We are very impressed with how clean burning the new fire pit is. There is some smoke when the fire first starts, but once burning, it is smokeless.
Smokeless is great for me since smoke causes me to have migraines.
Yay Nox! You are the Vanna White of grill accessories! 🎉

Does it use propane? We have a very tiny thing like that that we can put on a table, that uses propane.

No, it only uses firewood. I have seen the table top ones. They look fun!

It is so fun to have our own fire pit again. I’ve admired yours in the pictures you’ve posted.

Have a fun evening! We were thinking of firing ours up, but the drizzle of rain convinced us it wasn’t a good idea for today.

I thought I would, too, but it is not a drizzle here, it is pouring!

We got a light rain this evening. I am sorry your fire got rained out.

I will sit in the cold, but not the rain…plus of course, that whole thing about fire going out in the rain…

I highly recommend getting some long skewers, and roasting sausages over it!

That sounds lovely. We have some long skewers from our RVing days that will work great.
