Rescheduled Due to Inability to Get Parts

On Wednesday (September 28), we got a call during the service window we were given. The call was to let us know the service center had not received the parts to repair the convection microwave oven.

They rescheduled to October 5th.

I hope they will have the parts then and can get our unit fixed.
