We’ve made it across the plains of Kansas and are now in the plains of Colorado. I-70 is a mess after Burlington. I am being shaken (not stirred) as we bounce down the road.
We have stopped at a KOA for the night outside of Denver just as it was getting dark.

Once we got set up, I took some pictures of the kitchen and bathroom. The RV is winterized, so we don’t have water. We are using the KOA’s bathroom for tonight.

I enjoyed seeing these shots. RVing looks like a lot of fun.

How long does it take to set up the fifth wheel? Is it worth it for just one night? Would it be much different if you were using water?

It didn’t seem to take long and I don’t think hooking up water and sewer would add a lot of time. This gives me an idea for a post.
