Many people in the RV groups recommended Good Sam’s RV Club Insurance. Good Sam’s acts as a broker to find the best underwriter for the policy.
Good Sam’s mostly use National General for the underwriting. National General Insurance is an Allstate company.
The agent was very helpful on the phone. The insurance was much less for the motorcycle than we had been paying.
The truck and RV insurance was cheaper, by about $300 for six months ($600 a year). The savings on the motorcycle was over a $1,000 a year. Part of the savings were due to having multiple policies with them.
Why was our motorcycle insurance so high with GIECO? They raised the uninsured motorists rates by over a $1,000 one year. You can imagine our shock in getting that bill!
While I am still angry at GIECO, I feel so much better having taken steps to replace them. Better yet, the replacement insurance is saving us a lot of money!

Nox always wants more treats! I’ll be sure and give them to her! I hadn’t thought that far ahead since I was mainly worried about being covered.
