Bruce and I both have caught the crud. So this week, we’ve been staying inside the RV, except for walking Nox.

So, not much has been going on. We’ve watched a couple movies, John Wick and John Wick Chapter 2.
I’ve also done some baking using the long fermentation method for sourdough. With one half of the dough, I made a boule and with the other half, I made English muffins.

I would love the recipe!

I really was pleased with how they came out. I loved the sourness they had. I’ve been eating mine toasted with a butter smear and honey drizzle over them. (Okay, more like honey poured onto them!) We have some lovely orange blossom honey from Florida that just tastes great on these.

I hope you are both better by now. Allergies are still king around here. Your English muffins look wonderful!

Very ambitious, to make English Muffins when you are feeling cruddy!! I’m glad you weren’t feeling so badly that you didn’t appreciate the taste! They are beautiful, with a great texture for melting butter and honey into those nooks and crannies.

It was mostly waiting for the dough to rise. Cooking the English muffins didn’t take long.
