While in Colorado (July 20), I spent some time with a Jeanne in the Kitchen.
Jeanne and I have so much fun cooking and baking in the kitchen together. I love getting a chance to cook and bake with her.
As a gift for Jeanne, I brought a 1/2 cup of my sourdough starter with me to Colorado. I am not sure how long I’ve had my starter; it’s been a few years since I got it from King Arthur Baking Company.
Here’s Jeanne’s post on baking bread and crackers together.

Nox loved plain sourdough discard crackers (no herbs, spices, or seeds added to the crackers and no salt to the top.) They made a good dog biscuit for her. Nox enjoyed eating them when she was out of her beloved Portland Pet Food Bacon Brew Biscuits Dog Treats from Tom and Reiko.
