Yesterday, we drove in the rain to the DMV to get Bruce his Alabama driver’s license. That did not happen. Florida had put a hold on his Florida license. The agent in the Alabama office couldn’t tell him why Florida did that.
When we got home, Bruce tried calling the Florida office, only to get a message that all agents were busy and to call back another time. Then the system hung up on him.
He created an account online and found out the reason. Due to an insurance mixup, they had him without insurance on the truck in October.
He had to fill out a form and send in proof of insurance during that period. He could mail or fax the document.
Since I had a fax app, I took pictures and faxed the documents.
Ugh! I hope this is all cleared up soon. Apparently, it can take up to ten days.
We walked around the yard during a break in the rain; there were puddles and mud everywhere.

The break in the rain didn’t last long. It continued to rain throughout the day. It finally stopped around 9:00 PM.
You could send a little bit of that rain to us, if you’d like!
Hope the truck mess is cleared up soon. I’m wrestling a bureaucratic monster as well, and it just won’t quit fighting! 🙄
