Today was another busy day. The factory tried to put the spare back onto the RV and found the nut for the bolt had been crossed threaded and would no longer work.
This morning, Bruce crawled under the RV to recut the nut for the bolt that holds the spare tire to RV using his tap from his tap and die set.
He took the tire from the garage and managed to get it up onto the spare tire holder underneath the RV.
He couldn’t find the large hand sized wing nut that goes on the top of the spare tire. I happened to have seen it yesterday, so I could tell him right where it was.
Finding the large wing nut allowed Bruce to finish putting the spare in its proper place.

What a useful guy – with his own tap and die set!! And it wasn’t even in storage! You are doing better than I – I would have remembered seeing the wingnut, but wouldn’t have been able to tell you where.

He is very handy with some things. I remembered the wing nut location simply because I knew he was going to be looking for it!
