On July 5 (Friday), we decided to climb up on the rocks at Dakota Ridge RV Park. Bruce let Nox stand on some of the rocks, but he mostly carried her.
Once on top of some rocks, Bruce put Nox down so she could enjoy the sights and smells.
I enjoyed seeing the flowers and berries.
Nox did seem to enjoy being on the rocks with Bruce. Just last year, she could scamper up the rocks. Now, she has trouble walking on the flat for more than 100 yards.
We were careful to stay out of the poison ivy that had sprouted along the rocks.
Bruce picked up Nox and carried her down to the RV park.
Once we were down, we walked Nox along the dog trail and noticed the bottlebrush or squirreltail grass.
It was fun to climb on the rocks and Nox enjoyed it.

Howard, It was a nice day. I use various tools to identify flora and fauna. I like knowing what plants and animals are.
