Nox was dropped off at the vet this morning to find out what was wrong with her foot. The “hot spot” on her right foot is a cyst. When she walks, it is irritated and swells up. Keeping her from walking was the right thing to do. We just didn’t do it long enough. Nox was ready to walk even though her foot wasn’t.
The vet wrapped Nox’s foot up and wants us to limit the amount of time Nox is on her foot. The vet wants to see her again in 5 days. Nox may need to have the cyst removed through surgery.
