Stunning Get Well Flowers from a Dear Friend

My dear friend Jeanne, who blogs as ajeanneinthekitchen.com, sent me a stunning flower arrangement as a get well wish for a quick recovery. (If you are behind on reading my blog and are just picking up here, I had gallbladder removal surgery on May 6.)

The flowers arrived on May 8th. The double lilies are stunning. I had never seen them before. Now, I want to grow some!

Just so I don’t forget the name of the lilies when I want to buy some, Roselily ā€˜Anouskaā€™ Lily.

  3. Very sweet! She also bought my first novel “The Bayou Heist” and showed it on her blog. That was very kind of her. I am sure my writing my first novel was a work in progress but I appreciate her support. I am now on to my second novel just published, a mystery Quest for Absence. I hope I continue to grow as a novelist and that she enjoyed the quirks of my mysteries. That was very greatly appreciated!

      9. While the scent was very light at first, now that the lilies have warmed up or opened a little more they have a strong fragrance. I can smell them in several rooms now.
