Treats Arrived for Nox

On December 11 (Thursday), Nox got a surprise in the mail from Tom (and Reiko) of the https://reikos-journey.blog fame. Tom was also infamousfor the blog https://withinthekstreets.wordpress.com/.

Nox was very upset to find out that Reiko didn’t like bacon. She just couldn’t fathom a dog not liking bacon. Tom suggested Nox could eat the bacon. Nox was ready to go all the way to California to get the bacon, but I was mean and wouldn’t let her go.

Tom wasn’t able to send the bacon in the mail since he ate it all up.

Tom (and Reiko) found bacon treats and sent them as a surprise gift for Nox. The treats arrived on Thursday.

When I gave one to Nox, it blew her mind. After eating one, she begged for another one in such pitiful whines, I broke down and gave her another one. That was it. I refused to give her any more for the day, no matter how much she whined at me.

In the evening, Bruce and I covered the radishes and Japanese mustard greens to keep them safe.
