On Sunday morning (September 7), we decided to treat ourselves to breakfast out. In looking at Google maps for breakfast places, I asked Bruce if he wanted to try something different. He said he’d be willing to try something different.
We went to Superhero Chefs in Tuscumbia, AL.
The inside has a fun vibe with exposed brick walls and a patio in the back.
The many of the booths have superhero symbols on the walls of the booths.
I don’t normally take pictures of food out, but I couldn’t resist taking pictures of the plates of food.
Bruce ordered the chicken wings and waffle. I ordered the blueberry and lemon mascarpone sauce supercakes.
The supercakes were delicious and so were the wings and waffle.
We’ll be back to try other items!

What is a supercake? Is it a very big pancake? I wish I could taste the food through the screen!

It is a tall pancake. It was about an inch tall. I often wish I could taste good through the screen!

That supercake looks great! I never understood the chicken and waffles thing, but I would definitely eat those waffles!

It was great! I never understood the chicken and waffle thing either. I like bacon or sausage as my savory side with waffles. They were very good waffles! Bruce gave me a bite.
