I was feeling a bit festive, having gotten the gift I really wanted for Christmas, which was a new roof.
I found some of the yaupan holly Bruce had cut out of the fence row. It is very Christmasy looking with its red berries.
I brought some in, trimmed the ends, and put it in my stainless steel bucket with some water. I used some of my fairy lights to add a bit of glamor.
Underneath, I tucked the snowman I received from my lovely friend Jeanne who is ajeanneinthekitchen.com.

It is lovely! I think it is quite festive–looks like you got your Charlie Brown tree after all, only with more “needles.”

Very pretty! We are getting a new hardwood floor for Christmas. With that project and other stuff going on, I did not get very many Christmas decorations out and am waaaay behind on reading emails. I am going to have to just skip some and start going forward. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.
