Baking Bread in the New Oven (and House) for the First Time

Today, I decided to try out the new starter I purchased from King Arthur Baking Company. My old sourdough gave up the ghost after being too neglected.

I made the the recipe that is on the last page of the pamphlet that comes with the sourdough.

Just Out of the oven
Sliced and Ready to Butter

There was a little dog at my feet just hoping for a taste.
