As soon as I had Nox settled, I put more items in the fridge and a couple of things in the freezer.
On the top shelf, you can see the clear bins I bought to help keep the fridge better organized.

This morning I finished picking up sticks and rocks in the front yard.
While picking up sticks, I discovered a yellow jacket nest in the ground. I luckily saw wasps flying out of hole in the ground. I am just lucky I noticed the wasps flying around and didn’t step on the hole.

Here’s my bucket full of rocks. I picked up rocks and put them into my bucket. It was a lot easier to deal with than carrying the rocks in my hands.

Here’s the burn pile partially circled with rocks.

I started moving large sticks in the back pasture. I gave it up after I looked down and realized it was poison ivy that had brushed my ankle!
I went inside and scrubbed my ankle with Tecnu.
I did find the turning leaves of the poison ivy pretty, the same way I find deadly snakes pretty.

I am taking a break from pulling out the dreaded poison ivy this week.
I began to pick up remodeling trash. It appears when remodeling the master bathroom, some tiles and other bits were thrown out the bathroom window. I rather like the tile color I found. It was a light teal, maybe more on the blue side.

I also wanted to share this picture I took of Nox to send to Bruce.

Poison ivy = poisonous snakes? Great analogy!

Ha! I have a “rock bucket” too, 😆. Although I’ve gathered rocks for years, the ground yields more every spring.
Good girl, Nox! You are running a good household.

The refrigerator looks great, and the rock ring you are building looks great.

Thank you. Bruce is always digging through the fridge to find things. This will let him (and me) find items easier. I am guessing we don’t want to leave a burn pile in the front yard, so I’ll be moving the rocks again when we figure out what we want to do with limestone rocks.

Good to make sure what you want before you move a bunch of heavy stuff!
