Last week, Bruce called a RV mobile tech and arranged for an appointment for today to see about repairing the brakes.
The mobile tech stopped by this morning around 8:45 AM.
He took a look at the brakes and said the calipers would need to be replaced. He said he’d come back later today and remove the calipers.
During the morning visit, mobile tech also climbed on the roof and looked at the hail damage. He is going to get the vent lids and sky light and replace them for us.
The mobile tech came back around 4:00 PM and removed the wheel to get to the calipers. There was more damage than just the calipers not fitting correctly. The brake pads had jumped up and down, causing more damage to other parts of the braking system.

Bruce took pictures of the damage and I stayed out of the way.
I am not looking forward to the pocketbook damage!
The mobile tech said he’d call tomorrow or Wednesday once he had more information.

The tire could not be put back on, so the mobile tech put the tire under the RV.
OMG!!!

What a relief to get the brakes repaired. I guess RV’s are money pits just like homes.
