We like to walk up the ridge behind the Dakota Ridge RV Park.
Nox will try to walk up the ridge. Sometimes, she can make it, other times she will needed to be carried the rest of the way up.

The views are beautiful from the ridge.

What kind of industry is in that area? Is it agricultural?

It is not agriculture in the Golden area (part of Denver metro). There are a lot of small businesses nearby, such as a bakery, distilleries, construction manufacturing, and some other random things around. The view of the mountains is of parks. The front range mountains are used mostly as parks or houses. In some of the valleys in the mountains, there are ranches. While Colorado is largely agricultural, the cities against the mountains aka the front range don’t really have a lot to do with agriculture, though Denver still has the state fair and livestock auctions. Purina has a factory along I-70 that they put murals of cute dogs and kittens on the silo.

Looking at the landscape, it was hard to picture how people made money in that region. Perhaps a healthy inheritance is the best method. 🤔
