On April 29, we decided it was warm enough to trim Nox’s fur for her summer haircut.
After the trim, I gave Nox a bath in our shower. She patiently put up with all that.
I carried her outside and told her to shake. We trained Nox to shake all over instead of a handshake. Nox was very enthusiastic in her shaking.
Bruce followed us out with additional towels. After the several rounds of shaking finished, Bruce handed me a towel to towel dry Nox.
I used two towel to dry her, then I carried Nox inside.
Nox was happy to snuggle down into the blankets I had washed ahead of time.

I tossed the wet towels into the washer and washed and dried them. I then cleaned the washer and dryer. Dog hair seems to get everywhere!
Tell me about the dog hair! I just washed the cover for the sofa!

Haha! It gets everywhere and is often enough to make another dog!

True; I used to joke about making pillows stuffed with dog hair!

I read about a lady who saved up her dog’s hair and then spun it into yarn. She then knitted the yarn into a sweater, only to find when the sweater got wet, it smelled like wet dog. I have no idea if that is a true story or not.

Ha, I am sure it did smell like a wet dog! I love my dogs, but not sure I would work that hard with dog hair. I am good with just vacuuming it.
