One of the things RVers often do, is get a map so they can put sticker of the states they have visited.
Each RVer makes up their rules about when they can add a sticker. Our rule is pretty simple. We have to spend the night in the state in our RV before we can add that state to our maps.
We have two maps. One that is magnetic and is on the fridge. The other map is a sticker on the slide by the stairs.
We just added Alabama to our maps. We didn’t stop overnight in Alabama when we were heading to Florida. We had a gap in our maps that we filled in early this week. Our maps have Illinois from when we picked the RV up. Then, we added Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia. It was fun to add Alabama to our maps.
To other RVers out there, make sure a magnet can stick to your rig before buying a magnetic map! You can make a guess how I came to pass on this bit of wisdom!😆

I was rather surprised when the magnetic map wouldn’t stick to anything but the fridge!
