We finished our check list this morning and left the Dry Creek Water Park around 12:30 pm.
We headed south on Hwy 49 to Hattiesburg, MS. We took Hwy 98 south from Hattiesburg to Pine Grove, AL, just outside of Mobile, AL. We took I-65 south to I-10 east.
We stopped for fuel once. We stopped at a rest stop at sunset before the exit for our campground. We stopped for the night at a KOA in Milton, FL.

Milton calls itself as “The Canoe Capital of Florida”

We only stayed overnight, so we didn’t check anything out in the area. We headed out around 9 am.
