On Saturday (December 13), Bruce and I went to the RV. Knowing the polar vortex was arriving the next day, we wanted to make sure the RV had enough propane. After checking the propane levels, Bruce moved on to some maintenance tasks.
Bruce screwed in some replacement screws. We had missed two screws falling out by the back wheel on the bottom of the RV. With all the shaking in moving, the screws can work loose. We would walk around the RV after arriving at a campsite to check the screws. In this case, we didn’t catch it in time to tighten the screws. We just didn’t know to check there.
I did some more washing on the outside of the RV.

Do you store the RV with the slides out?

Yes, but it isn’t really in storage. If it was, the slides would be in and the furnace turned off.

Polar vortex. Woah…no thank you. Jump in the 5th Wheel and head somewhere warm. Like one of the Southern states. Wait….
