Just after my previous post, Bruce took Nox outside for a potty break.
It was lightly snowing! Nox was ready to get inside after her potty break. Snow, no thank you!
She wanted to get up on the people bed and enjoy the massage feature. She can be very clear she wants the bed to give her a massage.
She even tries to control the remote control for the massage if we leave it in her reach!

I put on my jacket and went outside to see if we were getting any snow accumulation. It was still snowing and the wind was blowing.
While it is 30 degrees F outside, the wind is making it feel like 10 degrees F.
I could see a small amount of accumulation on the pine bark mulch out front, next to the house. I am so glad we have our new roof. I could just imagine our old shingles flying away in this cold wind!
I got an alert yesterday too. We were supposed to get 5-7” with poor visibility and icy conditions. They advised people to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary. So, I canceled an appointment. What happened? Only a tiny bit of dry snow fell overnight. Now I feel like a fool.
I hope Nox’s trip to the vet goes well. Maybe the vet will write a prescription for bed massages every day! 😆

If you hadn’t cancelled your appointment, it would’ve been a foot of snow.

Whatever is the most embarrassing is whatever will happen.

It must be pretty unusual to get snow where you are. Hopefully you won’t get iced over roads, and hopefully it will melt soon.

It is very unusual to get snow here. We didn’t get any real accumulation and the roads remained clear.
