The RV roof membrane has been replaced, along with all the broken parts on the roof. We even have a new heat pump for the bedroom unit.
Yesterday, we stopped by the factory to get some items from the RV. The RV was in a bay while they worked on the end cap to repair the hail damage on it. The best timing on the end cap being completed is at the end of today.
The wheel, tire, suspension and fender that was damaged in the brake failure on the way to the factory have been replaced. It looks great.
We may be able to pick up the RV at the end of today, but most likely it will be tomorrow morning.
We have a long drive back to Alabama ahead of us. We want to get in on Thursday. This will give us time to get set up. We will head to Mississippi on Friday morning so I can go to my mom’s funeral.
If things get delayed more with the RV, I’ll fly down to Mississippi so I can go to the funeral. Bruce will pick up the RV and drive down to Alabama, drop the RV off, and then drive to pick me up. He’ll miss the funeral if that happens.

Safe travels for you both!

There must be a reason you wouldn’t just drive your mobile house directly to the memorial service!

We’ll be staying in the family cabin. It will be close to my sisters. We’ll be able to travel a lot faster to get there. Unfortunately, there isn’t a good place to park our RV close by.

As I said, I was sure you had a reason – now I know what it was!
