I’ve been so busy with family and friends that I haven’t had time to post anything in a few days.

Rings are “caused by high cirrus clouds positioned approximately 20,000 feet above the ground that contain tiny ice crystals. The halos result from the refraction and reflection of light by the ice crystals.”

Yes and the ring goes around the moon. My mom would say the number of stars inside the ring would be the number of days until rain.
