On September 10th (Sunday), we completed the packing up and hitching up and rolled out of Gotta Getaway RV Park. We headed up Ohio 4 to I-90 east and then to I-80 east.

We pulled into Doolittle Station and checked in with the Harvest Host, Boxcar Brew Works.
We did minimum set up of the RV and took Nox for a walk. She loved the goats.

We headed into the Boxcar Brew Works after putting Nox inside the RV.
Bruce sat at the bar and relaxed with a couple of beers and a meal. I wanted to eat at the Angry Goat Restaurant. We walked in the rain downhill to the Angry Goat Restaurant and I got something to eat.

We wondered around Doolittle Station, looking at the various train cars.

Across from our parking spot were animatronic dinosaurs outside. In a barn, they had dragons.

We decided to pay the $5 each entry fee to see the inside of the Doolittles Dinosaurs. I rather wished I was smaller so I could enjoy the dinosaur rides.

After touring Doolittles Dinosaurs, we took Nox for another walk and enjoyed the sunset from the deck of the Boxcar Brew Works.

While we were out walking Nox, another Harvest Host guest mentioned that she had passed us on the interstate and the middle tire on the driver’s side was really bouncing up and down.
We did a quick check and everything seemed okay.
In the morning, we got up and walked Nox. She was excited to see the goats again. After Nox’s walk, I put her truck harness on her and attached it to the seatbelt.
We packed up, closed the slide, lifted the steps, and closed and locked the RV door.
Bruce did some backing up to get out of the parking lot.
We were back on I-80 east by 7:30 AM.

Wow–you did all that to spend one night! But the train part looked cool.

Yes, it was just a stop along the way to French Creek State Park, PA, which is fairly close to my sister-in-law’s home.
