Using (Playing with) the IRK-2

With a cool new toy, I just had to play! I made sourdough discard pancakes from the recipe in the King Arther Flour sourdough pamphlet.

  • Feed overnight
  • Heating up the griddle
  • Wow, the baking soda had a major reaction!
  • Way too hot!
  • The top of the pancakes!
  • Can you see the circle of red dots? The picture doesn’t do them justice.
