From August 14 to 16, I was still having digestive trouble. I had no appetite. Bruce wanted me to try to drink some broth. Since I knew staying hydrated was important, I drank the broth. The broth zipped right through!
I didn’t feel like doing anything.
On August 17, I went to the doctor and got sent for blood work and a testing kit.
Bruce dropped me off at the house and went to pick up a prescription and some groceries. While he was gone, we had a bit of a windstorm. I looked out the window and saw this pine branch down.

I sent Bruce a text with a picture of the branch. He was very surprised. The branch wasn’t down when he left.
The branch is larger than it looks in the picture.
After Bruce got home, he went to inspect the broken branch. He wanted to determine how easy it would be to remove.
The sunset was glorious!

We had a frog visit the dining room window. It looks like a modern artwork.

We are still losing limbs here, too with heavy rain and wind. Love the frog in the window!

We saw a frog in the kitchen window yesterday. I can’t decide if it the same frog or a different one.

You have a beautiful lawn! We have frogs in the window often, also especially after the heavy rains. Last night I had severe stomach cramps. I believe that I drank too many drinks with electrolytes, so I switched to water. In the hospital, they plied me with lots of water to flush out my system.

Thank you. Bruce does love to mow.
I am so sorry to hear about your stomach problems. I had no idea you could drink too many drinks with electrolytes! I hope you are recovered.

I am feeling better. Not a 💯 yet, but good enough to do things before I get exhausted.

I am feeling a lot better. I still find myself exhausted sometimes when I wouldn’t expect to.

What a breathtaking sunset! Looks like you have a Jackson Pollack frog in the neighborhood. Nice. Hope you feel better soon. Bummer on the broken branch. Windy conditions can be so vexing.

The sunset was stunning. I was glad I was able to see it.
At least this storm didn’t take down any trees.
The frog was fun to see.

I’m sure Bruce was delighted with the branch that affords time for toys! Get that chainsaw screaming, Bruce! As for you, take it easy. Rome wasn’t built in a day; neither was Muscle Shoals.

He had a blast cutting it up and putting it in the burn pile.
I am feeling better, not 100% yet.

A couple of your comments went to the spam folder. I wasn’t ignoring you on purpose.
I have received from my previous problem, but Bruce brought home the flu.

If only you were near water, you would make sailors very happy! 😆

😁I live a mile and a half from the Tennessee River. Does that count?

Is it navigable? If so, then yes!

Yes, it is navigable! We watch barges and their tugs, paddle boat cruises, and all sorts of small boats on the Tennessee River.
