Today, I used one of the cards from the set of cards my friend, Jeanne from ajeanneinthekitchen.com, had made with her beautiful photos. I (and Nox) put the print of Possy the Possum in with the card to send to Tom (and Reiko).
After lunch, I started working on “Juneau in Wild Sunflowers”. I increased the length of the hairs on her fluffy tail. I carefully lightened up the tail, since it is mostly white hair.
I finished up the sunflowers, stepped back, took a good look, signed it, and got Bruce to take a look. He thinks Jeanne is going to love it.
Here’s the finished drawing of “Juneau in Wild Sunflowers”.

Here are the pictures of Juneau I received from Jeanne that I used to create the drawing.

I asked Jeanne if she wanted Juneau’s tongue hanging out. Jeanne decided the tongue hanging out revealed Juneau real personality. Jeanne wanted the picture to have Juneau’s tongue hanging out.
Now, I just need to get the drawing framed. Once it is framed, I’ll take a picture to share. I’ll share after Jeanne gets it.
Wow! Great job Julia! Jeanne is going to love it!

They are beautiful dogs! Juneau is very sweet and still thinks she can fit on people’s laps! It just doesn’t work anymore! 😆

While I put the card in the mailbox yesterday, I missed the pick up. The mailwoman took it today. You will have to have patience..more patience…and then waiting…and more waiting. Hopefully, it will get there on Saturday.
