Return Contact from DeRubeis’s Office on Scratch

I received an email from DeRubeis’s office manager about the scratch on one of the artwork’s panels. she wrote back:

“Hello Julia

Thank you for reaching out. It is usually possible for a panel to be repaired but to look into it further, would it be possible to have you take a few pictures of the piece? If you can get a few angles that would be helpful to see the scratch. I will show them to the artist and let you know his thoughts.

I do hope the panel can be repaired. I took pictures and sent them to Dawnel.

The very white part of the scratch is down to the metal of the artwork. If you look closely, you can see the scratch also in the protective layer covering the paint, continuing up from the white check mark scratch.

I really hope he can repair it!
