I received a strong hint from a fellow blogger that I should share more pictures of the house.
Here are some pictures I took this morning at sunrise of the back of the house.

Here are the pictures of the current state of the kitchen.

Here are pictures of the original pink bathroom.

The hall closet picture with a view into master bedroom.

Pictures of the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bathroom seems poorly organized.

Here is my room. I plan to use it when I am creating art and for sewing. I also will be setting up my computer in this room. I have more windows in this room than Bruce has in his room.

This is Bruce’s room. He’ll be setting up his computer and an office in here.

Here’s some pictures of the living room and what was planned to be a dining room. We are going to remove the large light fixture and put in another similar to what is in the living area. Though we are considering a ceiling fan.

Here is the laundry room off the kitchen. The house did not come with a washer or dryer.

We call this the odd room. We are thinking of turning this into a media room. We’ll see. It is between the garage and kitchen and living room. Both the kitchen and the living room have a door into this room.

The garage fits the truck and motorcycle, barely. Bruce wants a separate garage for the motorcycle. I think he could put it in the barn.

Nox came to see what I was doing. She was waiting for me at the door of the odd room from the kitchen.

Here’s a couple of pictures of the front of the house.

I think Nox likes her new house. I could use a little storage roomlike that.

Nox does seem to be getting used to the house. She is still anxious when we are both outside and she isn’t. She sit at the door watching us and waiting for us to come back. If we are in the house, she follows us around to see what we are doing. If we sit and rest in our camping chairs, Nox will go to sleep in her bed.

She just loves being with you both and wants to be a part of everything you do. 🙂

I love the odd room! It’s definitely looks like a great place for a media space. You have a lovely home.

As you can tell from the pictures, we are using it as a staging room for now. I think we might put up a projector and screen. We’ll see how it goes.

So much potential for personalization! I can’t wait to see how you make this house a home. 🏡❤️

This house looks really nice! I am glad someone hinted to post pictures. 🙂 Thank you for posting them. I love the hardwood floors, and you seem to have some great views of the landscape. Sometimes those quirky rooms can become the most charming.

I hope we can do something fun with the odd room. The kitchen also has a window that looks into the odd room. The odd room had been a carport and it was inclosed for the odd room and a garage was added next to the odd room.

The house looks huge! The pink bathroom isn’t as bad as I thought, but I’m sure it will be part of a makeover. Can you park your RV on site?

There is space to park it on site, but Bruce is very concerned about trying to get it through the post on either side of the driveway. We are unlikely to park it on the property. There is a RV storage lot not far from the house for $90 a month. Most likely, that is where we’ll keep it until the RV sells.

Of course, you need more windows for crafting than Bruce would need for a computer! And I would think you would definitely go for ceiling fans in that climate.

Oh yes, almost every room in the house has ceiling fans. I came in from working outside and stood under the ceiling fan. Cool relief!!

I think it is always exciting (even if a lot of work!) to create a home in a new space. All the light and the floors are beautiful. I love that odd room–it makes me think of the wonderful outdoor stages with similar seating you often see in a park. I will be waiting for a video of your first performance!

It even has a little corner stage. It would’ve been a great room to have when my daughter was small. I would’ve done puppet shows for her.

I am sure she would have loved that! We did puppet shows for the children in Riverside when we had the afterschool program. Now me, I would be playing music and singing on that stage!

My singing voice sounds like a peacock call and I have no sense of rhythm. So, no music for me!

Oh, I do not sing well but I still do it because I like to!

I only sing when I am by myself. My singing really bothers Bruce because it is so bad and he has very high standards for music.
