After we contacted our realtor with the plumbing items we wanted repaired, the seller came back with an offer of $1000 credit for the repairs. We were good with that and have signed an addendum to the contract agreeing to it.
It is starting to sink in that we really are buying a house!
We’ve spent about $850 on inspections, so I am happy they didn’t uncover anything that would derail the deal. A house that has had termites is a hard no for us, so I was happy to know no termites!
I am excited that the deal is moving forward!

Yes, we’ll no longer be full-timers. We are considering a smaller rig for trips, since we love traveling.
