What Have We Been Up To

We have spent our time walking around the RV resort. We have been enjoying riding the motorcycle places.

Bruce took a ride with the riders from Paradise Oaks RV Resort. He had a great time. They went over 75 miles.

On Sunday, we rode to Big Bass Grill Lakefront Restaurant and Marina. It is mostly outside with uncovered and covered seating. They had live music, a bluegrass banjo player. He was good and we enjoyed listening to him while we waited. The scenery is beautiful. They were out of the food we wanted, so we left.

We rode around a bit and found the other restaurants in the Lake Panasoffkee area were closed on Sunday. We rode back to Bushnell and ate at the Japanese Steakhouse near the RV resort.

We took a motorcycle ride around the resort. We stopped to check out the shuttle board courts and played a few games. It is way harder than it looks. We also played carpet ball, which was a fun way to play with billiards balls.

While I had planned to go swimming on Monday, the weather turned to cool for swimming outside. It was perfect for walking with a jacket, so we walked around. We also started working on our paperwork to domicile in Florida.

We rode the motorcycle to Sumter Oaks Escapees RV park. It turns out they don’t help with the domicile process, only the main office does. We just need to get the paperwork filled out, notarized, and sent in.

When I see the weather forecast for Colorado, I am so happy to have escaped the snow!
