I was looking at an online map of the neighborhood near the RV park realized there are some interesting things within walking distance.
There are a couple of distilleries in the neighborhood. So today, we walked to Golden Moon Distillery so Bruce could try some of their products.
They have a small bar area for folks to sit at and try their various distilled products.
Bruce loves rye whiskey and they had some rye whiskey. He enjoyed trying the whiskey and purchased two bottles.
I asked if we could see the antique stills. We got to see the antique stills from France and Germany. The stills had originally been wood fired, but had been converted to run on gas.
Bruce enjoyed the rye whiskey and bought two bottles.

Hmm, maybe we’ll go for a field trip 🙂

There are two distilleries within walking distance. One just happened to be open, the other one didn’t open until later.
