I didn’t get a picture of the Leaving Colorful Colorado or the Welcome to Kansas or Entering Central Time Zone. Here are some pictures of a rest area, farm, and windmills.
I am going to see what else I spot. I have seen several hawks flying and perched.
We are now in eastern Kansas. We have had two mishaps so far. A robin flew into the front of the truck and didn’t make it. The backend of the truck cover popped up. It made some noise and it looks bent. Bruce was able to bend it back.
The Kansas Alps are awe inspiring. I hope you stopped for some downhill skiing. As they say, if Nox ran away from home in Kansas you could still see her a week later.

She might blend into that burn spot we passed.

I love that flat Kansas prairie scenery. Windmill farms are cool too.

I love seeing the windmills. I think it is amazing to see the old American Standard windmills in comparison to the new electric generation windmills.
