Pretty trees. Back in the normal, sane old days we would plan leaf peeping trips to appreciate the colors. We always wanted to do a tour of the northeast states. Maybe next year…

The Eastern forest are beautiful. It is worth the trip to see the leaves in the fall. Bruce and I lived near Huntsville, AL, which was fairly close to the the Smokey Mountain National Forest. We often went along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive for vacations.
