Just yesterday, the grapevines had green leaves turning yellow. After the temperature dropped last night to 13 degrees F and snowed, the grapes look sad.

Yes, the seasons seem to turn abruptly! A couple of days ago it was 72 degrees and humid, this morning it is 38, drizzly, chilly, and feels like November!

I’m happy to just admire your snow while it rains buckets here. Does it usually snow in late October over there?

We often get a snow in later October though some years we don’t get snow until December or January. Around here, some companies do a promotion of 20% off if it snows on Halloween. It is very unlikely to snow on Halloween, but it does happen!
