I have been cooking since 10 am today and I finished at 9:30 pm. I did take a 30 minute lunch break. I made three batches of gumbo, two batches of red bean, four king cakes, four loaves of New Orleans style bread, and 24 boiled eggs for stuffed eggs.
I meant to take more pictures, but I got busy and forgot. I will put some pictures up of the food all set out later this week.
Yesterday, I put up my decorations and I had a lot of fun getting them set up.
Yum! I hated boiling eggs or anything until I learned to use a pressure cooker. The shells slid off so easy then! I admire your gumption – and gumbo.

I love cooking boiled eggs in my Instant Pot. They cook so fast, and the shells come right off and I don’t get that green ring around the yolks.
