Today, I got a call from the surgeon’s office that I was referred to by my GI doctor. I’ve got an appointment to see her on Tuesday. We’ll be discussing if I want surgery, what the surgery entails, and after care.
I don’t know how long it will take after the appointment to have my surgery.
Based on my research, an ejection fraction of 13% can cause all sorts of bad problems. I look at the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and the National Library of Medicine sites to understand my various options.
I also joined a couple of Facebook support groups. I wanted to see what people who had their gallbladders removed said. I’ve found doctors sometimes downplay issues.
I’ll let you know more as I know more.
