Father-in-Law Made It Home for Thanksgiving

Bruce’s dad made it home for Thanksgiving. My sister-in-law reported there was no real traffic during the four hour drive to get her dad home from the hospital.

My FIL was in a lot of pain during and after the ride home. Bruce had a quick call with his dad, but his dad was hurting too much to really want to talk.

My sister-in-law sent the family a picture of my father-in-law reclining in his favorite recliner.

We hope his recovery will be even faster now that he can sleep in his own bed and not have his sleep interrupted by hospital things.
