On June 13 (Friday), we were outside checking the plants when we noticed a storm rolling in.

In the above picture, you can see the broken pine tree number two. You can see where Bruce cut the attached trunk so the stump is now clear.
I took a picture of the some of the branches piled up from pine tree number three.

Bruce picked up Nox and we headed inside. As we made it to gate, the rain started, with big heavy drops. We made it to the house before it really started pouring rain.
It rained most of the day, so I did inside chores.
Wow, look at those pine cones! We don’t have that type around here. Are you saving any for crafts?
We’re having those storms too. We can’t work outside, and we’re too afraid to turn on computers. This summer is tuning out to be a lot of “hurry up and wait”. 🙄

I hadn’t thought to save any for crafting. They are beautiful pine cones. I’ll have to think about it.
It has been a lot of working around the weather here. I am glad for the rain, as long as the creek doesn’t flood.

I have been so unproductive lately not because I’m lazy, but I can’t work to completion on any task.
Hope you’re save from flooding!

I am sorry you’re having problems working to completion on tasks.
Me too!
