I received another email from DeRubeis’s office.
“I spoke with the artist and he does believe that scratch is repairable. The cost for repair is $200, plus shipping. He does want to note that if you send back just the panel that needs to be repaired, it will be shinier than the remaining panels. If you would like to send the whole painting back, he can touch up the other pieces as well in the final phases to make sure the shine matches. If you want it all resurfaced and polished to the same finish, the cost is $450, plus shipping. Typically shipping in the US varies between $150-350. I can provide a more of an approx. shipping price if you would like to provide the address we will ship it back to.”
We will be sending the entire piece to be resurfaced and polished so it matches.

Now you’ll have to send your other pictures for polishing so they all are equally shiny! 😆.
