While in Colorado, my lovely friend Jeanne from ajeanneinthekitchen.com, presented me with a beautiful vase that she made.
I was thrilled and look forward to having a place to display it with some silk flowers. (Water will cause the buttons to come off.)
The vase was the first item I unpacked from the truck.
I love the gorgeous red color highlighted with gold! The buttons are so cute! The pattern Jeanne made with the buttons is fun and unique.

It looks beautiful! I enjoy using buttons for decorating also. And some things (like vases or bottles or jars) are just beautiful all by themselves even if you cannot put water or flowers in them.
