After the scare my father-in-law gave us, it is good to see the pictures sent by my sister-in-law.

My FIL was in great spirits this morning. He was joking around and laughing. He was telling stories. What a huge difference the surgery has made!

With the help of a walker, he walked to the bathroom and was able to brush his teeth.

We are very happy with the drastic improvement. While he isn’t out of the woods yet, he is doing great. He is still being monitored for additional bleeding.

So many of you left kind words; I really appreciate it. We expect this will be a longer recovery time than his hip replacement surgery.

The family is getting together for a Zoom call with him. Technology can be really helpful sometimes!
