Bought an Electric Zero Turn Lawnmower

October 8, 2024

With all the deals Amazon has been having, Bruce found an electric zero turn lawnmower that got great reviews. Bruce purchased the Greenworks 60V 42” zero turn riding lawnmower and Amazon decided my account had been hacked! I had to reset my password and my two factor authentication.

Bruce was wondering when the mower would be shipped. I wasn’t seeing it in my orders; I checked my email and read that Amazon had canceled my orders after they thought I had been hacked.

So, Bruce reordered the mower. It took a few days for the mower to get shipped. I got a call this morning and the mower will be here tomorrow! One of us has to be at the house to take delivery.

Bruce is super excited to start mowing. He has always seemed to enjoy mowing, so I hope this new mower will live up to his expectations.

  1. So cool! And it will be quiet, and fast – at least that’s been the experience of friends who have something similar. I believe my sister and brother-in-law have a Greenworks small walk behind for the areas close to the house with which they are very pleased. But they already had a John Deere lawn tractor for the bigger fields.

    1. Since we are starting from no lawnmower, Bruce felt an electric riding mower for 5 acres would be ideal. Greenworks gets great reviews and I like the idea of not having to buy gasoline and store gas for the mower. It has a rear storage bin that can hold up to 200 pounds, so we’ll be able to use it for some limited hauling.

      1. When I went to the bank to have my account flagged, the clerk had the same story as you. Plus someone else collected her stimulus money, and she never saw a penny. ☹️

I have been contacting agencies, but I haven’t reached Soc Sec yet. We’ll see what this b*tch has been doing with my info. 😡

      2. If you haven’t already done so, put a freeze on your credit report at all three major credit agencies. That will keep them from opening credit accounts in your name.
