Yesterday (September 10), we did our walk through of the house.
The seller had removed some of his equipment from the garage, but left his riding mower. It would be really nice if he left the riding mower for us, but that isn’t going to happen.
Everything else looked the same.
I am excited to get the closing finished tomorrow at 1:00 PM and then get the utilities transferred to us.
It seems strange to think we’ll be paying for electricity, water, and garbage. We only had to pay for electricity when we stayed at an RV park for a month or longer.
Paying for electricity at RV Parks seems to have fallen by the wayside. Most RV Parks no longer charge for electricity.

RV parks don’t have to charge separately for electricity – they rolled it in to the higher prices! The inexpensive places do charge, although relatively little.

You’re right, RV parks have increased their rates, some by large amounts.
