On Saturday (August 24), we rode to the Wilson Dam Road and crossed the Tennessee River on top of the Wilson Dam. It was beautiful.
We rode to the Florence Veterans Memorial Park along the Tennessee River.
We parked by the playground and walked towards the Veterans Memorial. We waited until the frisbee golf players had played through before entering the Veterans Memorial.
There were memorials to those who fought in various wars.
After looking at the monuments, we walked past the shade covered playground to the Tennessee River.
We then rode into Florence, AL. That will be this post.
