Surprised You, Didn’t I?

After we got home from visiting the Wilson Dam Waterfall and Wilson Dam, Nox was ready to take a walk.

I am pleased to report Nox seems to be getting around better and walking farther distances. We are being careful not to let her go down steps or jump down from the couch.

We were walking along the back of the park, admiring the different crepe myrtles. I stopped to take a closer look at a clump of flowers that looked a bit odd.

There was a lurking praying mantis!
