Current News…Denver Metro Hailstorm Missed Us

Last night, there was a severe hailstorm in the Denver Colorado Metro area with up to baseball size hail in Aurora.

It missed us in Dakota Ridge RV Park, Golden, Colorado.

Thank goodness we didn’t go for the cheaper RV park, Denver Meadows, in Aurora, CO. I hate to think what would have happened to our already damaged truck and RV.

My heart goes out to those who suffered damage from this hailstorm.

  1. It is indeed a very difficult time weather-wise. I am glad you missed it, or it missed you because you stayed where you are. Looks like we are in for another week of it here. Take care and stay safe!

      1. Thank you, Julia. It has been relatively calm thus far, but more coming, so I think we all stay prepared probably. Especially those of you who are on the road. Even though we do not know personally face-to-face those with whom we exchange messages and follow each others blogs I think we become a community who cares about each other and when we might be in harm’s way, as well as when we rejoice in the good times.
