We were only able to get four nights at the French Creek State Park Campground. They are a busy campground, especially on the weekends. While we were out walking Nox, we found the campground host and asked how long in advance do you have sign up for two weeks. The answer was a year!
The campground is heavily wooded. It is made up of four loops, with two loops being pet friendly. They have pet clean up stations throughout the two loops. The bathrooms were spotless. There are no pull through sites, but most of the sites are at an angle to make it easy to back into. This is not shown on the map.

Our site was full hookups (water, electric, and sewer). Some sites are no hookups or water only, so be careful if reserving a spot. The sites have a picnic table and fire ring with a grill.

While there wasn’t a dog park, there are beautiful hiking trails nearby. Nox didn’t find any burrs, but used her super power of finding poison ivy. She had to get a bath.

The roads are paved and in good shape. Some of the sites are paved and some were gravel. They had a couple of yurts and three cabins.

We would stay here again.
